We do not bill customers for items that are back-ordered. If an order has been canceled due to item availability, your account will not be charged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please also make sure that you send out the returns within 1 week of receiving the return address, otherwise we will not issue an exchange or refund for you.
