  • Standard / Expedited shipping is not available for APO addresses.
  • All orders take 1-3 business days to process. It might take longer during high volume season. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time.
  • All days listed are business days which are Monday-Friday and excludes US Holidays.

      What if my shoe isn't in stock?

      In the event that the footwear you purchased is not in stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to update you with the status of your order. We may suggest an alternate in-stock style if there happens to be a long delay with the availability of the footwear you request.
      We do not bill customers for items that are back-ordered. If an order has been canceled due to item availability, your account will not be charged.
