We offer shipping service to the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). But if you live in other country, please contact us before purchaseing for shipping information due to the change in cost and delivery time of logistic service suppliers.
When Will My Order Ship?

How Do I Check My Order Status?
You can check the status of your order by going to Track My Order page, you'll need input your order number and the email address used when you placed the order. Order number(s) can be found in your order and shipping confirmation emails. Please ensure you check your ‘junk’ folder if you don’t receive the email.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can only cancel your order before the fulfillment. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order, including address or item changes.

How Do I Return Items?
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or our customer service through live chat. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please also make sure that you send out the returns within 1 week of receiving the return address, otherwise we will not issue an exchange or refund for you. When will I Get My Refund?
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 1-3 business days, in the amount of the purchase price. It may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed. Processing time varies seasonally. Please note that USINEPRO.COM is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
